We ONLY accept queries and/or submissions using the format below.
We prefer completed manuscripts because we've run into too many problems with writers not following through with
accepted writing assignments. But will entertain query letters.
All articles are submitted on speculation; please read our Terms/Acceptance Policy.
Please allow 12 weeks before submitting your query to another publication.
We're a small publication with a small staff. We try to reply within 8 weeks, but sometimes it takes up to 12 weeks before we
can use your submission.
Please answer all bullets in the body of an email.

- Do you own the copyrights to submission and can you legally sell it for publication?
- Do you agree to not resell to an online publication for a period of 1 month from date of publication?
- Do you understand that we archive online indefinitely?
- Is this article an original or reprint?
- If reprint, was it online or offline? Where and when?
(If on your personal website, it's a reprint.)
- Have you distributed this article for free in the past?
- Paste Submission (no attachments) in the format below:

(Name, 2-3 sentence description with mention of published book & website.)
(5) Book Recommendation:
(1 book that fits theme of your article--optional.)

Headshot is needed if we chose to publish online.
Headshot is not needed if we publish in our e-zine or recipe center.
