What is your refund policy?
Or to mail a money order or cashier's check, click here. Can I share my e-book with others by passing on the file? No. You are the only person licensed to have the e-book file. If you want to share the e-book, please have your colleagues, friends, and family members purchase their own copy. Every purchase keeps our costs down and helps keep our online magazine for BUSY parents, free. Can I have a copy of the e-book mailed to my home? No. E-books are distributed via automatic download or email attachment only. We do not have hard copies of our e-books. Do you have a print version of your e-books? No. We only have electronic downloads. Can I print the e-book out via my printer? Yes. We make sure each of the e-books we sell have been saved with the print option in place. In fact, we ask each of our authors to format their e-books so that you can three-hole-punch the left side of paper and put your e-books in binders! Do I need to be connected to the Internet to read your e-books? No. All of our e-books are designed to be read offline. However, to access the websites mentioned in the e-books you will need to be connected to the Internet. You can read our e-books on your computer, through a portable reading device, or print them out and put them in a binder to be read away from the computer. The choice is yours to make. What if I ordered the wrong e-book? It is very hard to deliver the wrong e-book as each order link is connected with the name of the e-book. If by chance, you purchased the wrong e-book, we will exchange the e-book you ordered for the correct e-book on a case-by-case basis. If the e-book you purchased is less than the e-book you wanted, you will need to pay the difference before the new e-book will be delivered. (We will send you an email with a secure payment link for the difference, and an explanation.) However, we DO NOT give refunds. What if I ordered the right book, but was given the wrong e-book? In the event that you ordered a particular e-book and received the wrong e-book, we will work with you to resolve this issue. What if I’ve followed everything in the e-book, but my life isn’t any better? Our e-books are for informational purposed only. They aren’t miracle workers. Our e-books are not meant to be a replacement for professional help. Depending on your circumstance, you may need to seek a professional lawyer, doctor, tax consultant, therapist, psychologist, coach, mentor, etc. What if I’ve followed everything in the book and I still can’t reap the financial rewards mentioned in the book? While our authors do their best to show you what the average earner can make with a little hard work and effort based on the businesses each e-book was written upon, we CANNOT GUARANTEE that you will earn the same amount of money.
